· Email Address

o A valid email address is required in order to attend monthly luncheons and register for annual membership.

o Email addresses will be used to promote monthly luncheons, send reminders, encourage referrals/bring-a-friend, and other promotional activities pertaining to this group.

o Emails will not be sold to or shared with any outside party.

o When registering for an annual membership you are agreeing to share your contact information with other group members.

§  A roster of group members will be available and viewable to all group members via a private page on this website. If you prefer not to have your contact information visible to other members, please send a request to opt-out by sending an email to info@grouplevelup.com. Your name will still appear as a member in the roster, but by sending an email to opt-out, your contact information will not appear.

· Expectations

o Be kind, courteous, and professional. 

o Respect everyone’s privacy.

o Respect and welcome diversity. Embrace different backgrounds, lifestyles, ethnicities, and points of view. We have much to learn from each other. We may not always agree, and that’s OK. 

· Luncheon Attendance and Annual Membership

o Preregistration for the luncheon is required by no later than two days prior to the event, in order to provide the caterer with an accurate headcount.

o The first two luncheons, to be held on September 14th and October 12th of 2021, are "pilot" luncheons and are offered at a special attendance fee of $20. After the "pilot" luncheons, attendees will be asked to join as members.

o Luncheon pricing, effective with the November 9th luncheon, will be: Members - $18, Non-members - $23.

o The general public may attend up to two (2) luncheons in a rolling 12 months. After attending two (2) luncheons, an annual membership registration will be required in order to attend additional luncheons.

o Memberships will be available to purchase after the October 12th, 2021 luncheon.

o Annual memberships are $150. 

o Membership is for the individual named on the purchase and is non-transferable.

· Termination of Membership

o Members who move out of the area, or who decide to leave the group for any reason, may be eligible for a refund. Contact info@grouplevelup.com for more information. 

o The owner of the Level Up Group (Mickey Quinn Consulting, LLC) has the authority to terminate a member’s membership for any reason, at any time.

 - Other

o The owner of the Level Up Group (Mickey Quinn Consulting, LLC) reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time.
